Very small groups which means excellent attention to detail and maximum benefit. If you are not in the correct position this will be noticed and corrected so you can be sure you are always doing the correct thing, and safely too.
The positions vary each week so it is not repetetive, you work at a slow and steady pace and feel extremely balanced afterwards. It is energizing and relaxing at the same time, and the groups have people of all levels and abilities so there is no reason to be self conscious.
This is a very relaxed yet effective environment with an excellent teacher.
