Our spa day with back massage was only £18 I was not expecting 5 star spa but with it being in Marriott Hotel i thought would be ok but we were disappointed with the spa facilities. There is no jacuzzi and the steam roon was not working the day we went. The sauna was constantly full. The boiler was broken the day we went so place was freezing. We had to get dressed after only using spa for 10 mins and wait in bar for treatments to begin. I had purchased additional treatments and treatments were lovely, i really enjoyed them. I did write a letter to hotel spa to complain and they have sent me 2 passes to attend spa again, which i will use and give another chance. would highly recommend the treaments at Distinction Beauty in the hotel and I do usually get a lot facials and massages.
