First of all, the clinic was a little hard to find, as the street wasnt appearing clearly on google maps. Also the clinic itself is in a very run down building. Its more like an office block then anything. Very small in size. Very informal atmosphere. There was only was lady working at the time, think her name was yasmin. She was lovely and put me at ease and answered any questions i had regarding the treatment. There was music in the room with low light. This was my first treatment of this kind so cant compare to others however if you looking for a nice spa feel and enviroment, this is far from it. Lovely staff but awful looking clinic.
