Your practitioner will use a Genuine Dermaroller medical device to produce thousands of micro-medical punctures in the skin. Each will penetrate into the dermis of the skin and will be approximately 0.1mm in width. The puncture will close rapidly enabling the skin to recover quickly - often in the same day. Your practitioner will use a topical anaesthetic to numb the skin making the procedure comfortable (it will normally take up to 30 minutes for the topical anaesthetic to work).
We normally recommend that your Genuine Dermaroller Therapy consists of a series of three procedures with approximately 6 weeks between each treatment.
In the treatment of acne scars and other types of scarring it may be necessary for your practitioner to extend your Genuine Dermaroller Therapy, carrying out up to five procedures.

Firstly i didn't know what to expect, the place is really easy to get to from hendon central, the therapist was good and thorough and explained what she was doing, the treatment itself was very uncomfortable I had the Jan Marini Facial and Gycloic peel,( bear in mind i recently had a gycolic peel at another place but the strength was not high and therapist there was not as thorough) but as they say no pain no gain, thankfully there was a hand held fan available which was a life saver otherwise i would have given up. I have noticed considerable difference in my skin, i can now go out without makeup, brilliant..definiately will recommend this treatment, will go back for next treatment.
