Starting with an Indian head massage, Gwen will then work her way down your body with a relaxing hot stone massage, finishing off with a reflexology treatment on each foot. Your body will feel fully relaxed, revitalised and rejuvenated.

The beauty of the studio is that it is calm and peaceful. The therapist did a full assessment and from start to finish I felt that I was being very well looked after. The massage was thorough and sorted out my sore shoulder which had been painful for some time. Separate massage room with heated table- loved it!
The reflexology treatment was surprisingly relaxing and left me very relaxed and full of well being!
For both treatments if I wanted to know why they were doing something, they were very happy to explain why and what the benefits were.
Staff are delightful and friendly and there is free parking. Perfect!
