I was really surprised with this salon, or shocked might be more appropriate word to be honest. I went to do half head highlights. The girl that did them was not very talkative, just quickly asked what I wanted and started working. After that she completey abandoned me (normally colour specialists check how the colouring process is going. but not here), a girl came to me and said we should go and wash it all out. I didn't have a blow dry, so it was a rough dry, which was the most ridiculous I've ever had, as not only most of the time the hairdryer was boiling hot, but also she had half dried my hair and said that's it. It was 5 C outside, I could get sick with wet hair. So I ended up taking hairdryer and finish drying my hair myself! Then finally my colour specialist re-appeared ot check if all was fine (normally this is done after the wash when they start drying yourr hair, not when you are all ready to go) and I said no, the colour of the high lights was super yellow, exactly what I asked not to have, so overall my hair looked worse than when I came in. Hence I asked this to be fixed, as she used wrong colours on me originally. She didn't even apologise and didn't try to be nice. They ended up using toner on me to fix it at least a little bit. It added extra 40 minutes to my visit and I had to dry my hair again. This time there was a guy doing that and he didn't use any comb or brush and he tried to leave my hair half wet as well! When I asked if he could at least brush my hair as it was complete mess, he said he is not allowed to use a brush on me since I don't have a blow dry! I just asked to comb/brush it so it doesn't look like I've just woken up.
And the other thing that really schoked me was the salon is quite expensive, but they charge for tea/coffee/water! And the prices are Starbucks level prices!
You can find many other salon where you get proper customer service, so my advice is to look for somewhere else.
