weren't too impressed with the spa at Virgin Active Mayfair.
We arrived on time. The receptionist wasn't very friendly, started questioning how much I'd spent on the gift vouchers and implied that they weren't going to honour them. In the end they did.
She also failed to mention that they were running late - we had to wait half an hour and weren't offered drinks or anything.
The waiting area is at the side of the gym so particularly nice. Also you could hear noise from the gym while in the treatment room.
Probably won't be going back.
