This Gym Day Pass; allows the user to visit Heart & Soul Fitness Gym and use the venue with all the facilities provided as a member for 1 day only.

The fine print

Good to know: We offer changing and shower facilities; water fountain is available to refill water bottles. Towels and bottled water are available at an extra cost. As well as Personal Training please inquire at the gym for a full price list.

Minimum age: 18

Applicable days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Restrictions: This Gym Day Pass must be used within 1 month from purchase and the evoucher must be printed out and presented to reception on arrival at Heart & Soul Fitness to redeem the offer.

I have trained with Heart and Soul fitness for coming up to five years now.. I train with Sham Cortazzi and find all the trainers at Heart and Soul to be friendly, fun and passionate about fitness.. The new gym which recently opened at the top of Ladbroke Grove is fantastic not just because of its location and atmosphere, but also because of the equipment available to its members.. Over the past few months the PT's have been running a leader board, pitting their clients against each other.. A little healthy competition and a great way to get to know other gym members.. Heart and Soul put the fun in to fitness!
