visited this salon a few times previous to my nightmare visit and was always happy , however on my last visit ( which was quite a while ago ) a stylist i think her name was terri , cut my hair and it was awful , she was more interested in selling me hair straighteners and shampoo than cutting my hair , it was the worst cut i have ever had , i returned to the salon and a male stylist i think he was the manager corrected it free of charge and done a really good job , i would not really go back to this salon as i think it is a bit hit and miss , there are much better salons around where all of the staff are of a good standard
