Cancellation Policy: All spa packages require a minimum of 7 days notice of cancellation after which time full charges will be applicable. Should you need to cancel a scheduled appointment for an individual appointment less than 24 hrs beforehand, you may be charged.
A wonderful experience and an amazing place.
However it was difficult to enter the building. There are no visuable signs, no reception area or any visable staff to inform of our arrival.
I was uncomfortable with unisex changing areas and work men wondering through the changing area. Despite these negatives I would consider returning should another voucher deal be offered.
