Good to know: You will need to call the venue directly to book your treatment times once you receive your order confirmation. Any additional treatments should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment and have to be paid directly to the venue. Unless otherwise stated, robes and slippers may incur an additional charge.

It would have been nice if the tea/coffee area was cleaned and kept stocked.....no fresh fruit was available, well the two pieces of fruit that were in the bowl were off, no bisicuits etc had to wait to find someone available to refill jugs etc.
Staff need to make sure the quiet area is cleared of all dirty cups and glasses as many were left and we had to move ourselves before we could sit down and wet towels were left on the loungers.
Glasses for water etc were not very nice either.
Staff were very pleasant and better than our first visit.
We had a hot tub booked one hour before our treatments, but we had to ask after 15 minutes whether it was ready or not and then had to wait for someone to make sure it was ready.....hot tub was a little like pond water, not clear and a little dirty, a little disappointed as the first time we had visited the spa the hot tub was brilliant, a ring of dirt was around the tub.
Our visit included a two course lunch by the pool which was of an exceptional standard and a very nice experience, waitress very friendly and helpful. Five star rating for food and service
