This was my first proper visit to a real proper grown-up spa & I loved it. Adele trimmed my toes & soothed my soles & paid me the greatest compliment - I have very nice feet for a man! The remaining time I lounged around in the warm waters of the hydrotherapy pool, tried out the Salt Inhale room & Sanarium. The heated beds appeared to be very popular amongst my fellow spa-sters. A perfect, cosy oasis in a chilly Chelsea.
