Good to know: You will need to call the venue directly to book your treatment times once you receive your order confirmation. Appointments must be made up to four weeks in advance. Any additional treatments should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment and have to be paid directly to the venue. Unless otherwise stated, robes and slippers may incur an additional charge.

Minimum age: 18

Applicable days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday

Restrictions: 24 hours prior to appointment. Failure to give notice within this period will result in a cancellation penalty fee totaling the cost of your treatment. Customers are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment in order to cater for check in procedures. Weekends subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy: We advise our clients to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment in order to cater for check in procedures. Please be advised that our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to the date of your appointment. Failure to give notice within this period will result in a cancellation penalty fee totaling the cost of your treatment. Failure to arrive on time for your appointment will result in reduction of the time of your treatments as this can of effect other bookings.
