Your GYM is a new fitness concept aimed at those who hate going to a normal gym. Your GYM is packed full of cool and new fitness kit, packaged up with personal trainers on tap to make sure you get the most out of every gym visit.

We also hold small group classes through out the day so as part of your membership and motivation try out our Power Plate, TRX, Spinning and VIPR personal training classes.

Your GYM is designed so you are in - do what you have to do - out. Perfect for lunch time or those who find it hard to get down to the gym.

The fine print

Good to know: You will need to call the venue directly to book your treatment times once you receive your order confirmation. Any additional treatments should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment and have to be paid directly to the venue. Unless otherwise stated, robes and slippers may incur an additional charge.

Minimum age: 16

Applicable days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

This has been my third week at Your Body Active, after purchasing a Mobdeal entitling me to a month's pass. The studio is compact and is located in the heart of Richmond high street and the classes are small and intimate. I have now had in excess of 10 pilates lessons and can say that I have noticed a massive difference in my body and the muscles I use. Because the classes are small, never larger than 4, the instructors Gemma and Alan are able to be very hands on and ensure that the movements you are doing are done correctly! I am definitely going to continue my classes here!!
