The Weight Loss Challenge is a 12 week course designed to give you the knowledge and support you need to lose weight and keep it off! Weight Loss Challenge is much more than a ‘pay-weigh-and go’ weight loss class or slimming club. Every attendee is offered a comprehensive wellness questionnaire, professional body composition analysis and advice on simple changes they can make to improve their lifestyle. At the end of the 12 weeks, the top three challengers who have lost the most win cash prizes – the biggest losers win!

Good to know: You will need to call the venue directly to book your treatment times once you receive your order confirmation. Any additional treatments should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment and have to be paid directly to the venue. Unless otherwise stated, robes and slippers may incur an additional charge.
