I had dermaroller teatment at the spa, which promised to be a little pai for a lot of gain, and lived up to my expectations on both accounts ! A fine needle roller was moved around whole face for about 15-20mins, resulting in flushed cheeks afterwards - the treatment made my skin break out in fine clusters of tiny spots the day after treatment, these mercifully vanished a week later - and so I'd recommend the treatment to be planned well in advance of any big outing ! few days later the skin is visibly radiant, rejuvenated, so this collagen must have been well stimulated. I am looking forward to the next session in few weeks time.
