I booked into the Dove Spa at Virgin Active with two other friends to have the Enlighten Body Detox Package. Although I am reviewing the Mayfair branch I had booked into the Hendon Virgin Active branch - what a mistake! Firstly although we had booked for all three of us when we arrived we were told that they were only able to handle 2 of us that day. So I sat around whilst my two other friends had their treatments. I was told at the end that they would book another slot for me later on. Went home and tried to rebook and after several attempts was told they would get in touch because they had a problem with their system. Last week I was told that the branch had closed and I would have to book elsewhere. Found the Mayfair branch as being the next most convenient but everytime I called noone would answer. Left several messages - still no luck. Eventually got through to someone but was told their computer system was down and they couldnt make any bookings but would call me back on Friday. Friday came and went but no call. So I'm still waiting - can I have my money back?!
