The fine print

Good to know: Check-in time is between 10.30-11am. Check-out is before 10am. You will need to call the venue directly to book your treatment times once you receive your order confirmation. Any additional treatments should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment and have to be paid directly to the venue. Unless otherwise stated, robes and slippers may incur an additional charge.

Minimum age: 18

Applicable days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Restrictions: All bookings are subject to availability and are non-transferrable. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Please advise venue of any medical conditions or allergies prior to check-in date.Twin rooms will be provided unless otherwise requested. Number of rooms based on 2 sharing. All dated bookings are non-refundable. All Date changes are charged at £25pp. The minimum age for guests is 16. Infants, Toddlers and children under 16 years old are not accepted in the apartments.

Cancellation policy: If cancellation period is not met, customer forfeits full amount. Any amendment to the booking date is charged at £25 on arrival, if changed within 14 days of the booked date. All dated bookings are non-refundable.

I absolutely recommend the Titanic Spa, the staff were wonderful, the food was delicious, the apartment was clean and comfortable, the facilities were excellent and my facial was long and relaxing. I will be going again.
