lovely staff as you walk into the lesuire facilities. There is everything you need, pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms and they were all clean. the facial we had was a bit dissapointing, especially as we had paid for an upgrade to a full hours facial, which didnt last an hour at all. found therapist a bit loud throughout treatment, lots of banging etc. But still good overall.
