Had my first ever reiki treatment was a little apprehensive but needn't of been,was reassured by Judy ( reiki master ) who explained everything before the treatment started.The small warm treatment room has a lovely aroma and relaxing back ground music,my first reiki treatment was a wonderful,relaxing experience would definitely recommend it .A great Gym and Spa where you get a warm welcome from all the staff .
