Really easy process. Very friendly and helpful staff and dedicated members' telephone line service. Excellent turnaround times - blood test at 8.15am, results by 12pm emailed then discussed at 6pm after work. They always trey to work around you rather than you working around them. This is a whole new approach to going to the Dr - it's more like going to the gym or to a private members club where you are looked after and which is in fact an enjoyable experience. Tea on arrival, magazines, TV, almost like a boutique hotel. For a busy person it is definitely worth having this kind of quick treatment and easy access and no waiting times approach. You invest in cosmetic treatments, diet products, exercise regimes, why not invest in your overall diet and fitness and health.
