Really easy process. Very friendly and helpful staff and dedicated members' telephone line service. Excellent turnaround times - blood test at 8.15am, results by 12pm emailed then discussed at 6pm after work. They always trey to work around you rather than you working around them. This is a whole new approach to going to the Dr - it's more like going to the gym or to a private members club where you are looked after and which is in fact an enjoyable experience. Tea on arrival, magazines, TV, almost like a boutique hotel. For a busy person it is definitely worth having this kind of quick treatment and easy access and no waiting times approach.
