The fine print

Good to know: Check-in time is between 10.30-11am. Check-out is before 10am. You will need to call the venue directly to book your treatment times once you receive your order confirmation. Any additional treatments should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment and have to be paid directly to the venue.

Minimum age: 18

Applicable days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Restrictions: All bookings are subject to availability and are non-transferrable. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Please advise venue of any medical conditions or allergies prior to check-in date. All date changes are charged at £25 prior to arrival All dated bookings are non-refundable. The minimum age for guests is 16. Infants, Toddlers and children under 16 years old are not accepted in the apartments.

Cancellation policy: Any amendment to the booking date is charged at £25 on arrival, if changed within 14 days of the booked date. All dated bookings are non-refundable.

Went there for an overnight get away after seeing the deal on Wahanda, was completely surprised.

You can tell why the place is rated top in the UK. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with many smiles and very friendly staff. The area and the facilities were both very clean and the environment was indeed relaxing. What we enjoyed most was definitely the Bistro, the food was incredible and was quite a surprise especially after we skipped breakfast to rush to check-in! Presentation was spot on and so was the juiciness of the pork we ordered. The pool was nice though I wouldn't call it a highlight of the Spa, however the changing rooms are both clean and well seen to and the sauna and steam rooms are very close-by.

The only gripe we had were that we weren't fans of the gym staff, but this was only a small problem as everything else was really quite amazing. We didn't expect the apartments to be so nice and it was quite hard to leave to come back to our flats! Five-star place, really amazing and pretty good value for money. Overall, very friendly staff, great food, very clean and would definitely go again.
