The stylist was really helpful with choosing a hairstyle for me. The atmosphere was very friendly and relaxing. However, I didn't get any extra treatment (apart from a head massage, haircut and blow dry) and a glass of champagne. I could have asked for it but I didn't want to make any fuss because 12 pound was still very cheap for what I actually got.
I would like to recommend the XS to everybody and I am thinking of going there for my next haircut.
