Personal Training sessions are based at our 3 storey, 2,222 sq ft Ladbroke Grove venue with showers, changing area and off road free parking. Sessions are one to one and taken by a qualified personal trainer who will first sit down with you and work out your health and fitness needs, goals and aims. Then a personal program will be tailored to your needs and you will be monitored over your time with us, making sure you achieve your goals!
The fine print
Good to know: You will need to call the venue directly to book your treatment times once you receive your order confirmation. Any additional treatments should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment and have to be paid directly to the venue. Unless otherwise stated, robes and slippers may incur an additional charge.
Minimum age: 18
Applicable days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Restrictions: New customers only. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Subject to availability. No cash alternative. No change given on voucher. Venue opening times: Mon - Fri 6.30am to 9pm and 9-4pm on Sat.

I have trained with Heart and Soul fitness for coming up to five years now.. I train with Sham Cortazzi and find all the trainers at Heart and Soul to be friendly, fun and passionate about fitness.. The new gym which recently opened at the top of Ladbroke Grove is fantastic not just because of its location and atmosphere, but also because of the equipment available to its members.. Over the past few months the PT's have been running a leader board, pitting their clients against each other.. A little healthy competition and a great way to get to know other gym members.. Heart and Soul put the fun in to fitness!
