Good to know: You will need to call the venue directly to book your treatment times once you receive your order confirmation. Very welcoming friendly fun class. The class is kept small enough that you get enough one to one time to make it productive. A great workout, no matter where you are on the fitness scale. Designed to have you throwing moves on your first lesson. Would definately recommend!
