- Skin talk - before your facial, Dove Spa offers a scientific skin analysis to diagnose your skin type and condition on the day. Using a highly sophisticated multi-dermascope, your skin care expert measures for oil, water, elasticity and pigmentation levels in your skin. With their expert knowledge and understanding of the skin diagnostic results, your skin care expert will help you choose a treatment plan and select appropriate products to suit your individual skin type.
- Bespoke Facial (30min) - they will then help you design a facial that is as unique as you are. Bespoke facials are delivered in set time frames, which will include comfort time and homecare recommendations.
- Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage (30min) - they will then proceed with a relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage. Pressure and technique can be adapted to suit your needs.

Good to know: You will need to call the venue directly to book your treatment times once you receive your order confirmation. Any additional treatments should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment and have to be paid directly to the venue. Unless otherwise stated, robes and slippers may incur an additional charge.

Applicable days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Restrictions: Subject to availability. Salon opening times vary but generally are open from Monday to Saturday from 09.00 to 18.00 with many London sites being open until 20.00 (or later) and open on Sunday. Subject to booking and product availability.

I visited DoveSpa with my mum a couple of weeks ago for a bit of pampering - facial, manicure and a wax. The salon was light and bright and we were greeted on walking through the door by a smiley receptionist who made us feel immediately comfortable. I was impressed by the attention to detail in all of the treatments - from the maintenance wax to the luxury DoveSpa facial, the therapist explained the whole procedure and was keen to know whether we had any specific needs or concerns - like sensitive skin.
I had a really great deep purple colour on my nails (No Comment) for my Leighton Denny manicure which was very neat and lasted over a week!
I had a DoveSpa skin diagnostic before my facial which determined my skin type and the products the therapist would use - I was cocooned in soft blankets for half an hour of facial heaven complete with hot towels, cleansing, exfoliation and deep moisturising.
I'd definitely come back again, be it for a routine 'in and out' treatment or a full package... Loved it!
