This Mini Spa Day package includes:
- Skin Talk - Before your facial, we offer a scientific skin analysis to diagnose your skin type and condition on the day. Using a highly sophisticated multi-dermascope, your skin care expert measures for oil, water, elasticity and pigmentation levels in your skin. With their expert knowledge and understanding of the skin diagnostic results, your skin care expert will help you choose a treatment plan and select appropriate products to suit your individual skin type.
- Bespoke Facial (30min) - We will then help you design a facial that is as unique as you are. Our Bespoke facials are delivered in set time frames, which will include comfort time and homecare recommendations
- Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage (30min) - We then will proceed with a relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage. Pressure and technique can be adapted to suit your needs.
- Unlimited use of the Virgin Active Club Facilities on the day of your treatment
- 15% off Dove Spa Skincare or Rehab London Men’s Range
- Robes and slippers provided

Facilities
All of the health clubs include a gym and pool but other facilities may vary, please check at time of booking. The Dove Spa focus is on delivering results through treatments to our guests. Our facilities often do not have lounges, saunas, pools or Jacuzzis.
The fine print
Good to know: You will need to call the venue directly to book your treatment times once you receive your order confirmation. Any additional treatments should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment and have to be paid directly to the venue. Unless otherwise stated, robes and slippers may incur an additional charge.
Minimum age: 18
Applicable days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Restrictions: Subject to availability. Salon opening times vary but generally are open from Monday to Saturday from 09.00 to 18.00 with many London sites being open until 20.00 (or later) and open on Sunday. Subject to booking and product availability.

The room was basic but pleasant with scented candles and Norah Jones playing in the background. My specialist was friendly and helpful, explaining everything before we started. I think this is really important as sometimes people assume that this is something you do all the time and that isn't always the case. I like to be told to what clothes to take off or keep on and where to sit or lie before the treatment begins. A clear explanation avoids any potential embarrassment.
The treatment started with a gently heating back scrub, perfect for softening the skin and reinvigorating the body. I always love getting a back scrub done as it is something that is impossible to do yourself at home. This was removed with hot, damp towels and then it was on to the back massage using lots of jojoba massage oil. I definitely felt more relaxed once she was done, even though there were a couple of slightly uncomfortable twinges in the process.
After my massage, it was on to the facial. I closed my eyes and really did almost drift off as layers of product were used to give my skin a good treat. I was told that my skin is fabulous already, and very even in tone, so for that reason I think I must be lucky. Either that or they say that to all the girls... All the products smelt yummy and felt even better on my skin. The only downside was leaving after the treatment to find a rainy, windy London and a sticky tube ride home.
Now at home my skin looks and feels soft and silky, so I'm really pleased with my treatment. A good pampering was just what I needed as life really has been super busy of late.
