Good to know: You are invited to arrive up to an hour before your treatment starts to enjoy our spa facilities. You are welcome to use our sauna, steam room, experience showers, panoramic relaxation room with heated stone beds as well as our gym. A personalised ritual that can be enjoyed with a friend or loved one. A therapist guides you through the experience but you are left alone to carry out the deeply relaxing steps in your own private steam chamber. Balanced and refreshed, you are then guided into the Rassul chamber where you are presented with a specifically chosen range of products, including a scrub and matching mineral clay, face mask and organic oil mixture. The treatment concludes with a warm oil application leaving your skin glowing. This deeply nourishing and intensely cleansing ritual rejuvenates the skin and works internally to detoxify and stimulate the body's systems. Your therapist will then serve you sorbet and herbal teas in the realaxation room.

We did the Moroccan Steam Cleansing Ritual (2 for 1). The whole atmosphere was very relaxing and calming. Initially we were asked to wait in the 'Relaxation Room' with heated stone beds and a view of the O2. There was complimentary water, tea and crystallised fruit available which was nice.
The steam itself was brilliant! A great experience for couples, getting covered in mud and oil in your own private steam room, with antechamber. There were showers both in the steam room and in the antechamber to get clean again when you were finished.
After the steam we used the other facilities available. The 'experience showers' were not as exciting as they sounded but interesting. The sauna and steam room were great, with loads of water laid on to keep you hydrated, and an ice chute for the sadomasochists who wanted to get hot and then cold. It was a great value for money day – I would strongly recommend making good use of the facilities before and after the treatment.
