Was welcomed warmly on entering the salon, and the lady washing my hair was very friendly and chatty. The deep conditioning aspect of the treatment consisted of a conditioner being left in my hair for 5/10 minutes then rinsed out. The hairdresser listened to what i wanted in terms of a cut and was quite satisfied with the overall result. However was not the best finish to the cut compared to when i go to a salon such as toni and guy, silver lining to this would be that my hair was not bogged down with products and when i got home restyled it to how I prefered it without my hair going greasy. I would go again if i needed a simple cut and wash.
