I would recommend outdoor exercise sessions with Fit in Fitness. Murat provides the right amount of understanding aswell as motivation and the our goes really quickly. It's great working out outside, even in the cold and everyone is friendly. I liked it so much I'll be rejoining when it gets a bit warmer!
