Went to Rowhill on 31st July for an overnight Spa Break with my daughter - we booked well in advance so the anticipation was high as I had heard wonderful things. I was not let down at all as the overall experience was fabulous. We arrived at lunchtime on the Sunday and checked in to our Junior Suite which was beautifully decorated and very spacious .. we relaxed there for a while enjoying room service before heading to the Spa. The facilities are beyond great - there is a relaxation pool and jacuzzi on one level decorated like a Roman Baths with lots of space to relax in loungers. On another level there is a larger pool more designed for swimming, but again with lots of space to relax and read a magazine. We stayed there a few hours and left feeling totally relaxed!
After a quick change we went for dinner in RG's restaurant (dinner was included in our package) which again we were looking forward to after reading great reviews. The menu was as stylish as the decor - fabulously attentive service and lovely presentation.
The next morning we had our Luxury Pedicure. The products used were Temple Spa which us apparently quite a newm but very high end product. We got to take home a nail varnish as part of the package which was a great idea, as after having our toes done, we went and painted our fingers the matching colour sitting in the sunshine - a great touch.
All in all the weekend was faultless - Rowhill Grange is a great place to go if you're looking for a little luxury and a lot of pampering. Only 30 mins from London it's easy to reach but feels a long way away from busy City life! We will definitely be back, though this time we fancy 2 nights!
