Our room had a fantastic view onto trees and the golf course, it was easy to get into Cheltenham and the room was nice. The staff were helpful but not particularly friendly. The food was expensive for the quality available but more was included in our deal than advertised so that was good. The restaurant was almost empty on the evening we ate their and felt a bit soulless. All in all we had a good weekend and it was good value for money given all the things that were included.
