The staff were very friendly and flexible once we were there, although I found staff were somewhat rude when I was trying to book over the phone. I was pleased with the manicure, although it chipped very quickly (within a couple of days). It was a bit of a strange setting; going in a lift/walking past offices when moving between the massage room and manicure room was a little bizarre, and made the experience less relaxing than it could have been. However the massage room was very relaxing and comfortable, and the massage itself was excellent. I felt very refreshed afterwards!
