Starting at 2pm on Friday and finishing by 3pm on Sunday this Health & Wellbeing Weekend is set in the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside within and around the stunning grounds of Horwood House. Our Focus on Mind - Focus on Fitness Weekend has a unique combination of physical and relaxation exercises which rejuvenate the body and focus the mind.

The fine print
Good to know: Weekends run from 2pm on the Friday to 3pm on the Sunday.
Minimum age: 18
Applicable days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Restrictions: All bookings are subject to availability and are non-transferrable. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Please advise venue of any medical conditions or allergies prior to check-in date.

Checkout time: 15:00
Cancellation policy: 6 weeks – but charges apply. If the Client wishes to cancel the Contract, the Client must advise EQ in writing as soon as reasonably practicable and the following cancellation charges shall apply: Less than 6 weeks before start of the Services - 100% of the Fee. Less than 12 weeks before start of the Services, 75% of the Fee. Less than 16 weeks before start of the course, 50% of the Fee. More than 16 Weeks before start of the Services, 30% of the Fee.

I had a fantastic weekend with EQ Retreats. It is not a classic bootcamp packed with excercise all day long but the work outs were mixed with relaxation and educational sessions (Nutrition, How the brain works) which I found very useful. The varied workouts were done by a PT who managed to motivate all of us, no matter what fitness level. We stayed in a nice hotel in beautiful surroundings and had most of the exercise outside in the lovely garden area. I left with sore muscles but relaxed and energised. I would recommend to anyone looking for a sensible start to a fitness regime combined with healthier eating habits or someone looking for a weekend retreat that has a good balance of exercise and relaxation.
