The fine print

Good to know: You will need to call the venue directly to book your treatment times once you receive your order confirmation. Any additional treatments should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment and have to be paid directly to the venue. Unless otherwise stated, robes and slippers may incur an additional charge.

Applicable days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Restrictions: Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order by writing to us, calling 07565 557208, or emailing us, all details can be found on the website. Orders can only be cancelled before the first treatment has begun. If you would like to reschedule or cancel an appointment then you must complete this process at least 24 hours before the arranged appointment time. If you attempt within 24 hours of the appointment you will not be entitled to reschedule or to a refund. Once your order has been cancelled, any sum debited from your payment card by us will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible. If cancelled orders are erroneously delivered to you, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
