The therapist was wonderful! She was so thoughtful and even had an electric blanket so I wouldn't feel cold. The ambience was so-so since it was just one room and really rather dark but the treatments were really good. The massage was very relaxing and the facial was quite good but I did notice I still had dried on bits of facial goop after I was done. Still, it was completely worth it for over 3 hrs. of relaxation!
