Carried out on a warm water filled pillow, feel your body relax as you sink into the pillow and float into a state of relaxation. After cleansing, exfoliating and massage, your Aveda masque will be applied. Whilst this is activating, a therapeutic back massage will be carried out as you float away into a dream state. The heat of the pillow will relax aching muscles making you feel de-stressed and revitalised.

I visited this venue as part of a work group. The only word to describe it is amazing. From when we entered Mar Hall until we left it was definitly how the other half live. Everyone was welcoming and frendly, the theripist was amazing and put you at ease straight away. I would definitly recommend the mud room, my skin felt great for weeks. It is a must if you are looking for luxury without the attatude.
