The fine print

Good to know: You will need to call the venue directly to book your treatment times once you receive your order confirmation. Any additional treatments should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment and have to be paid directly to the venue. Unless otherwise stated, robes and slippers may incur an additional charge.

Minimum age: 12

Applicable days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Booked for a spray tan. On the day of the treatment the salon phoned and said the therapist had called in sick and could we rearrange. I said that we were going on holiday at 6am the next day. She said no problem, she would rearrange things so that we could still come. We went at the arranged time and were treated well, without a hint that there had been a problem. I thought that this showed excellent customer service. The treatment was very good.
