It is an extension of the massage techniques and is the ultimate in relaxation, with profound effects on the mental, physical and spiritual levels of the body. The treatment involves warm stones being used on the key points of the body giving a deep massage and creating comfort and warmth. The heat penetrates the skin down to 4cm, which really relaxes the muscles.
One movement with a warm stone has the effect of 4-5 movements with hands!
