Cancellation Policy: Day guests: Your card details will be taken at the time of booking. If you cancel a treatment within 72 hours of the date of your appointment a full payment will be taken from the card used to secure the booking. Hotel guests: If you cancel a treatment within 24 hour of the date of your appointment a full payment will be added to your hotel bill.
To say this was a Wahanda deal it made no difference to the level of service we received. Outstanding throughout. Very relaxed experience, great atmosphere, beautiful setting, nicely chilled champagne, friendly staff and came out very relaxed. Also rebooked so impressed. Only downside was that the french manicure was low on stock so was a little gloopy but the finished polish still looked good. Great Location too so easy to make a day of it in York :)
