An example of a typical daily programme:
- 7.00am - Wake Up
- 7.20am - Hot lemon tonic
- 7.30am - 1066 Historic walk, or forest walk or sea walk
- 10am - Breakfast
- 10.30am - Core Stability class
- 11:30am - Yoga
- 12.30pm - Lunch
- 1.00pm - Spa treatments: (if applicable hydro-aromatherapy bath, salt bath tonic, siberian cedar barrel steam treatment, full body massage, facial, beauty mask, relaxation in the Orangery)
- 4pm - Afternoon tea
- 6.30pm - Dinner
- 7.30pm - Nutrition class, dancing class or relaxation session
- 9pm - Rest time
No single supplement applies. If booking for more than one person, please complete two separate bookings
The fine print
Good to know: You will need to call the venue directly to book your treatment times once you receive your order confirmation. Any additional treatments should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment and have to be paid directly to the venue. Unless otherwise stated, robes and slippers may incur an additional charge. Upon confirmation of your booking we will send you a letter with recommendations of how to prepare yourself for your stay with us.

Restrictions: All bookings are subject to availability and are non-transferrable. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Please advise venue of any medical conditions or allergies prior to check-in date.

Cancellation policy: There is no refund or cancellation policy, however we will endeavour to reschedule your booking subject to availability and an administration fee.

I checked into Slimmeria over Easter to get away from everything and 'get my head together' (being a stressed out city dweller!), put the 'spring back in my step' (after months of eating lots of rubbish - Percy Pigs were my friend... hehe!) and (hopefully) lose a little bit of weight.
In the end I achieved all that and so much more!! Galia and her team could not have done more to make your stay comfortable and restful. There were great people there too; I made 4 lasting friendships!! The 'exercise' program of walking, yoga and core stability gave me my 'mojo' back and....*drum roll please* I lost 6kg!!!!! (n.b. to put it into perspective I am 6' and had about 2 stone to lose!)
Since I came home I continue to feel the benefits; I have a real spring in my step and continued to eat healthily and exercise, I am still dropping1 or 2 lbs ever week, I am easily one dress size smaller than before Easter and wearing those clothes thatI kept because I will soon fit them (you know what I mean!!) ....
I have finally plateaued and stopped losing weight after a holiday and house selling/buying stress..... But I know that Galia is right where I left her if I need her!! That is comforting but also enough to get myself to put down the cake and go to Zumba!!!
