when I arrived all the staff were very friendly and offered me my complimentary drink, I had my hair washed with a conditioning treatment and a very relaxing head massage, after a chat with the hairdresser about what kind of style I wanted she started cutting and also gave me some good hair advice and tips. My hair looked great, I will definitely be going back again !
