This is a difficult one to write... The staff was friendly, witty, nice to spend time with, the facilties were remarkably new and shiny. Having said that, I failed again to find a place in London where the proper cuticle work can be done. It's always cutting out the bits and pieces of it, and leaving it ragged. Obviously, no polish (even done nicely) can improve the overall impression from the nails after that. Nirvana may be slightly better than others in it, but far from being good. Alas!
