There was a lot of confusion when I originally called up re pricing, what the deal involved and a few mess ups with my appointment. I thought the person on the front desk answering the phone was not very professional. I don't really get the juice bar offer, it is just a drink that you are offered. The glasses should be cleaned properly before they are given to clients.
Very happy with my therapist who tried her hardest to make it a good experience and didn't spare on time or quality.
