Went for 7 days and it was definitely worthwhile. I wanted a kick start to my fitness and got so much more than that from my time away!! Everyone is very attentive so help if you're doing any exercise slightly wrong and making sure you do the best of your ability.
Was a really great week to focus on 'me', my fitness, health and also a bit of time to relax too!
I'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get a kick start to a healthier, fitter you.
Def hope to be back sometime soon.
