my overnight stay at ardencote was bought as a 50th brthday present by my husband arrived on the saturday and had treatments booked for tht afternoon to betold that our treatments was booked for the next morning i was not happy supposed to be able to get in room at 2 didnt geti till 430 then was told our dinner time had been changed from 8 pm to 630 staff was not that botheres and didnt offer us anythink only half hour extra in our room what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend turned out to be stressful woudnt go again
