Im not a yoga freak, but love it when i do it. The downside about this place is that you are often surrounded by real pros, and can feel a bit left out of the crowd. But the upside is that the yoga itself is fantastic, the teachers are very good, and if you have the time and energy to go often, they give you more and more of their time. If you live East, i would say it's a fantastic place to know.
