The reason we were at Twilight was for a photoshoot in their studio. We went as a family of 4 (myself, husband and two teenage sons). To be quite honest, we were a bit apprehensive about it all, having never done this sort of thing before. However, we need not have worried, as the experience was very good and we have happy memories of the pre-Christmas event (it had been given to us as a Christmas gift from my brother). The staff were very friendly and helpful and the after-service care was efficient and we are thankful to Paul Chandler for his professionalism in completing our order for the event. We had so much fun that day and would highly recommend it to anyone planning on indulging themselves with make-up, hair styling and a family photoshoot. We have some wonderful professional photographs which we have shared with family members, who have been thrilled with them. Many thanks again Twilight.

Not a good experience. Have used Twilight Salons when I had a groupon voucher. Had my hair done by a an inexperienced young guy who didn't know what he was doing. Spent there over 4 hours because this guy put the wrong colouring on. Had to use toner to make my hair look decent and was charged extra for it. A total rip off!!
