I booked a couple's spa retreat for myself and my boyfriend for his birthday.
Very friendly and understanding staff, professional massage given, nearly put my boyfriend to sleep!

When booking, I asked for couple's spa retreat and the voucher said it was 2hours long, so I assumed the massage would be two hours long. In fact, it was suppose to be an hour's facial with an hour's massage but it didn't clearly state this on the voucher. I found this out on the day that they had booked us with an hours couples massage, however, Becky said that I could rebook for the facial any time.

Also, the first time we booked, we went in to find out they only had oils with nuts in. As I have a nut allergy, we could not have the massage on the original date so we had to rebook. But Becky ordered in suitable oils as soon as possible which I appreciated.

Overall was a good experience.
