I am a VIP ,spend around HK$ 160,000 ( US$ 20,000 ) .They have 5 VIP rooms with private showers . When they sell the course, they promised free meals like pastas with a small salad and a smotthie, even red wine. After the chef left it was never replaced.
I like Valmont product a lot.However, the spa is so badly managed I never fell relaxed going there . First, the toilet have awful smell ( they blame it on the pipes in the bldg) . Then the reception area is very unorganized .Pieces of paper here and there, take away drinks in bags on the table,if you ask for a pencil, they will open the drawer and it's a big mess , .Average facials is around HK$ 2000 . I asked them to warm up the bed with electric blanket but they FORGOT every time even though they mark it down on the notebook.Also, they put a hand cream and a body cream in the room for guest to use after shower but it's only 10% full so you have to pump very hard to get a few drops .This I understand is mangement 's decision to save money on their body cream .Manager is hopeless, many memebers complained and she does not seem to care . Relaxation rooms have a few saltine crackers and couple of apples if you are lucky .Worst is they have re-usable cotton slippers which previous guess used . I asked for paper disposable slippers and it's been 3 yrs and they still give you the not very white robe and so called cleaned every time after guest used slippers. They never improve no matter how client complained . I will use up my courses and never want to go back.
